01What ecashmi is

• We give you back part of the affiliate commission that marketplaces (such as Shopee and Lazada) pay us when you buy through a cashback link you create in the app.
• Using ecashmi costs you nothing. We keep the part of the commission that isn’t your share.

We are not a bank or an e-wallet. You can’t deposit money, store money, send it to other people or pay for things with your balance.

02Your account

• You sign in with Google or Facebook. You must be 18 or older to use ecashmi.
• One person, one account. Don’t create extra accounts or use someone else’s.
• Keep your Google or Facebook account secure, and sign out devices you don’t recognise in Account › Sessions. Tell us straight away if you think someone else used your account.
• To prevent fraud, we may review an account, hold its withdrawals or block it. A hold never erases your history. If you think we got it wrong, contact us.

03How cashback works

• Create a cashback link in the app, open the marketplace from it and buy in the same visit.
• When the marketplace credits the order to our link, it pays us a commission. You get your share: currently 75% of the commission we receive. The share for an order is fixed when you create its link.
• Before you buy, we show no amount, or only an estimate (such as “About 9.000 ₫ back” on a Lazada link). An estimate is not a promise: vouchers, price changes or returns can change it. Your cashback is set by the commission the marketplace actually reports and pays.
• Cashback isn’t guaranteed. The marketplace decides which orders qualify. Cancelled or returned orders lose their cashback, and opening another cashback or affiliate link, or using an ad blocker, can stop your order from being tracked.
• Your cashback goes from Pending (the marketplace reported the order) to Confirmed (the marketplace accepted it) to Available (the marketplace paid us).

Only Available cashback can be withdrawn: we pay out what the marketplace has actually paid us.

04Withdrawals

• You withdraw Available cashback to a bank account in your own name. The minimum withdrawal is 10.000 ₫.
• We may ask you to confirm your identity or bank details before we pay.
• Withdrawals are usually paid within 5–7 working days.
• If a marketplace takes back a commission after you withdrew its cashback (for example after a return), we deduct that amount from your future cashback. Your balance can stay below zero until then. We don’t add fees or interest.

05Confirming withdrawals

• You confirm each withdrawal, and each change to your payout account, with your passkey (Face ID, fingerprint or your device’s screen lock) or, as a fallback, your 4-digit payment PIN.
• Keep your phone, your Google or Facebook account, your passkey and your PIN secure, and don’t share them with anyone.
• A withdrawal or payout account change confirmed with your passkey or PIN is treated as made by you.
• After you change or remove your payout account, or reset your PIN, withdrawals are paused for 72 hours.
• We alert every device signed in to your account about each withdrawal and each change to your payout account or PIN.
• If it wasn’t you, tap “Not you?” in the alert or in the app. We cancel your pending withdrawals that haven’t been sent yet, sign out all your devices and put your account on hold until our support team has reviewed it.

If we suspect fraud, we may hold or suspend your account or your withdrawals while we check.

06Fair use

• No fake or fraudulent orders, and no orders placed only to collect cashback and then cancelled or returned.
• No multiple accounts, and no using other people’s accounts.
• Don’t share or advertise your cashback links to collect cashback on other people’s purchases, or in any other way the marketplace’s rules don’t allow.
• No bots, scripts, scraping or other automated use of the app.

If we find fraud or abuse, we may withhold or reverse the cashback involved and close the account.

07Marketplaces and sellers

• Shopee, Lazada and other marketplaces are separate companies. We don’t sell products.
• Prices, payment, delivery, warranties and returns are between you and the marketplace or seller, under their own terms.
• We don’t control how marketplaces track orders, which orders qualify, or when they pay commissions.

08The service, our liability and changes

• We work to keep ecashmi running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and we may change, add or remove features.
• As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses caused by marketplaces, sellers, banks or sign-in providers, or for cashback a marketplace doesn’t pay us. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.
• If we change these terms, we’ll ask you to accept the new version in the app before you continue.
• You can stop using ecashmi at any time. To close your account, use Account › Delete account. Withdraw your Available cashback first.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
